Dragon Age: The Veilguard Rook’s Weapons Appearance Offer

Do you know if there are any mods out there that can fix this issue? I doubt it since this issue seems more of a server issue than an in game issue but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Wow that is so strange, I don't think that is a good sign for any of us. 

Still an issue for you guys, as well? I haven't been active on the forums because there didn't seem to be any movement on this issue.

I live in USA, have my game and EA app on the same drive (it is a HDD, but it didn't work on my OS SDD, either), tried all the troubleshooting including Revo. I've been playing with mods because that was the only way I could enjoy it and have since removed them and used fresh install. Discovered the newest add-on today ( looking at the store entry was too depressing since I didn't have access to what I already bought) So I am now trying again to see if I have access to anything.

Nope. I just redownloaded the game to see if it's been fixed and to start a new game. At some point my pre order bonus was removed. No idea why. Purchased the game on Oct 18, 2024. 

Yes we were told to raise it here to be resolved so if EA Shepard isn’t available then surely someone else should be picking it up, it’s almost 8 months with no resolution.

Actually we were told EA support cannot fix this issue so we should not contact them about it.

Wait what?? They don't show up in Manage add ons either?

Yes same here, what's strange is that in my earlier saves they are greyed out but in my most recent ones they aren't in the wardrobe at all, not even locked. So weird.

EA Shepard is not available itm.  Right now the only option is to contact EA support directly.
