The problem seems to be related to the Nvidia driver. I tested everything. This is how I solved it. Good luck.

But many of the people on this post, like myself, have an AMD gpu. So your fix doesn't necessarily apply. And we're not having texture issues, we've having it use too much of our gpu and then crashing our entire PC.
