Dragon Age: Veilguard crashing

I've been trying to play Dragon Age: The Veilguard since release.  I can get through character creator, but then it keeps crashing.  I'm not that tech savvy, but I've updated every driver (and everything else on my computer I can).  I've deleted the shader cache, but it doesn't help.  I've attached by dxdiag file to see if that tells you anything.  I just want to play this game.  My EA id is PetraAmell.
