[EA App][PC] Possible crash in character creator and pre-order DLC not unlocking

I have noticed this on at least three occasions. 

When starting a new playthrough on the PC in the character creator, Importing the character appearance from local save games from previous playthroughs during character customisation caused DATV to crash to the desktop without an error message. I will check the Windows event manager shortly.

• You will appreciate that providing save games for "EA/Bioware" is rather challenging when investigating and replicating the issue by importing the appearance.

A secondary observation is that importing a character's appearance and visiting the lighthouse for the first time may have caused problems saving games and syncing to content servers. I do not get a DLC chest to spawn during the first visit.

So far, the playthroughs in which I have accessed the "pre-order and deluxe" bonus items ( DLC chest) have all been done with a manually created and customised Rook appearance instead of importing the appearance from a previous playthrough.
