Fast travel crash during quest "Fire and Ice"

When fast traveling to the Warden Forward Camp in Hossberg Wetlands from the Lighthouse (after choosing my companions for the quest), the game crashes. Not always, but 2 out of 3 times it crashes. The bug first appeared two days ago before patch #1, and the second time it appeared today after the patch. 

The game's running on PC, Windows 11. with a Nvidia 4080-super and a Ryzen 7 7800X3D (so it's not the hardware, the rest of the game's running just fine).
