Not sure when the next patch is coming for console but I'll keep posting until it's addressed. The freezing still happens constantly throughout gameplay (it doesn't matter what I'm doing). Yes I've tried all of the above to fix the issue and nothing has worked waiting for an update on console to fix this. Just wondering maybe somebody found a new fix that I'm not aware of.
There has been no identified fix yet. Same issue on Xbox.
I've spoken with multiple people and have personally tested every variation of steps we could think of/have been proposed and nothing has stopped the crashing.
There has been no word from EA/Bioware on the issue. They are not answering DMs or tags, and the only posts from an EA community manager were the Patch 2 notes + the General Discussion notes (which were immediately locked), and a single reply to a thread with another issue. Other than those, they haven't answered a single issue in 8 days.
