Game cannot load or freezes my computer

So, I preordered the deluxe edition of the game and I cannot get ahold of anyone to help me figure out what is going on with these errors. I have already updated my BIOS, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and even tried booting the game up as soon as I get into my computer when there are few applications running. I either need to get some help or get refunded because I have been trying to get some solution to this since yesterday. Please help. I just wanted to play this game since it was announced and now I cannot.
