Game crashes on launch - xbox

Hey all,  just bought this game on the weekend on my Xbox series x and I have not be able to play it.  The game won’t even show me the title screen,  I open it am greeted with a black screen,  then I get a random colour pattern and I crash back to the Home Screen.  I have tired updating the game, updating the console,  hard rest, console reset, reinstalling…. Twice, clearing cache, requesting a refund… which was denied… and I am not stuck with the game I can’t play.  I know am not alone,  but can not find solutions or help any where!
