Game Crashes to black screen/no signal STILL

This has been happening since the games release. My PC is more than good enough and crashes still. I've somehow managed to get somewhat into the game by reinstalling the entire thing, delete/reinstalling shaders drivers, updating bios - basically doing every single fix I've seen online.

Now I literally cannot get past a cutscene, at the exact same instance every single time the game crashes to a black screen, my PC fans go full speed and I am forced to restart. I literally cannot get past it.
