Game refuses to fully launch after latest update.

As stated above, my game has refused to launch after the latest patch. I have done everything on my own end to resolve this: i.e. fresh install, deleting specific folders, updating drivers, fresh ins...

This is my exact issue. I could have typed the exact same paragraph. I'm talked to multiple support reps and they've only suggested troubleshooting tips that I've already tried and none have worked. The solution may have to come from the devs themselves in another update.
