I don't know whether there's an official fix, but have you tried using the mirror to reset your pronouns?
There isn't an option for pronouns in the mirror 😕
Ah, sorry I misremembered. The first time we interact with Varric's shaving mirror, there's an option to change gender identity (which is kind of an odd place for it, imo). For some reason I thought the transformation mirror had a similar option. Seems like the simplest fix would be for them to unlock that option there. But yeah, I guess there isn't a fix for this now :\
