Graphical Glicthes on Xbox Series X, and Deluxe Upgrade not showing

Started playing today, I'm having some really annoying screen glitches that only appear in the game, almost as if my Cable is faulty, which it isn't in this case, and I have the Deluxe upgrade, and I don't have any options for armour at all.
