I don't have an Xbox, but search results show that this kind of thing might happen particularly with a series S Xbox. Some info on resolving this issue in general suggests that clearing cache might help. Some other things that you could try is to check your HDMI connection, make sure you have enough storage available, check for overheating, and try lowering graphics settings for the game if that's an option.
