Summary of issue: White hair consistently turns black outside of character creation and cutscenes. In bright light zones of the game, her hair turns completely black. I've also noticed it darkens her complexion tone as well as you can see in the picture. This is regardless of what direction she is facing to "sun" light source.
Hair settings: Strands on. When strands are turned off, they hold the true color of white. Turning strands back on reverts to the problem. Light settings seem to be required to be set at high in order for strands button to be available. Upon trying different light, shadow and ray tracing settings does not appear to fix the problem.

By the way, thank you very much for the explanation. It helps knowing our posts are being read. I absolutely love this game and I'm at 51 hours. I have experienced absolutely no bugs other than this one, a rarity in recent new game releases. Not to bad mouth BG3, but Act 3 was unplayable for me at launch because of bug situations. This game is the most polished I've experienced in recent times.
