Thank you for acknowledging this! I actually originally bought the steam version and couldn’t get past character creation without crashes. I then decided to just screw it getting the ps5 version and NOPE. More random crashes that require a hard reset. So frustrated that this patch didn’t address it. The game is almost unplayable.

It makes it completely unplayable to me; it's immersion-breaking when you get ripped out of the game world repeatedly. At first I powered through it because I was having fun, but getting up repeatedly to go manually turn on my console because I can't do it via controller after it crashed everything is awful when you have to do it 15 times in an hour.
Yeah I might be able to deal with it with just a soft crash but I am getting concerned with my console with all the hard crashes. It literally has happened to me in cutscenes, combat and just exploring, no pattern!
