INDEX FILE - An error occured while trying to complete your request

At the splash screen when it says to press any button I immediately get this error and cannot progress beyond this point.  I've reinstalled the game, and moved it from hard drive to hard drive.  I've...

Having this issue too. No real luck with EA support even though they've been very kind.

I have tried security permissions and have checked blocked folder access to no avail. Idk what else to do.
