Interface Tearing/Glitching/Flickering - from Main Menu onward

I can still use the game without problems, but the interface keeps glitching, continously, even when the mouse is not moving. Red and green bands, text appearing big than small, only the interface though.

i will upload a video that will talk for me. 

Can someone please help me out? 😓
