When i got the game in December. I tried to start a new game and make a character. The game crash and freeze. I have a ps5 and i did everything, uninstall and reinstall. It still keeps on crashing. I called playstation and they stated it's not them. So basically EA has issues with their servers. I've waiting for this game to come out since 2016. Now it's having issue already. Please EA fix this issue please and send the new Patch asap
Community ManagerXenaRose92, I'm Sorry to hear that you have been crashing. This being technically an offline game, there are no servers. It's a single-player run-through game, so the only time it needs to connect online is to update the game if there is a patch.
Does this happen when another PlayStation user creates a character?
Have you started a playthrough not connected to the internet?
Are you playing the game on an internal or external drive?
Do you have enough free storage space on your PS5?
Are you using a physical copy or a digital version of the game?
Can you list the steps you have tried to resolve this on your end?

Everything is fine. I got the digital version on my ps5 I have enough space for it. It's keep happening when I create my character and starting up the game. I've done the restart on ps5 and the safe mode. It's still Crashing
