Lucanis Lost Skill Point Bug

The bug works as follows: When navigating to Lucanis's skill tree, it seemed to have deleted all invested skills. The points were not returned, leaving him permanently behind the other companions. He does still gain additional skills from improving his bond (as normal), but this did not return the skills previously lost. Although his bond is 7, he only has 4 skill points total. I am playing on PC using the EA games launcher.

Any previous save when his bond was at 5 show him at 0 skill points, with none spent. On my earliest save (right after he becomes hardened), he is rank 3 with 4 skill points to spend.

I cannot refund skills spent without investing in a skill, and investing and then refunding skills does not return the skill points lost from this bug (so this is not a possible fix).

I first noticed this after Lucanis's "A Murder of Crows" quest- but reloading previous saves from before the quest seems to suggest that he lost his skills before the quest even began. Possibly a bug from the newest update?

This Lucanis is hardened, if that helps. Thankfully, as of now, it doesn't seem to have affected any of my other companions.

In the meantime, does anyone have information on how to fix this? I would like to use him in my group, but it's disheartening when he's so far behind the other characters because of this.
