Mausoleum with fog door in memorial gardens missing
The building in the memorial gardens in the necropolis is missing which provides a fog door to the last chest. Simply gone. I have been there before but did not open the chest. What can I do?

Standing right there where it should be. It had already been there in this state of the game.
Issue solved. I loaded a WAY earlier save and the building was there.
The best part: the trigger for the disappearance are the statues from Solas - once they are placed inside the lighthouse, the mausoleum and the misty door are gone.
I cannot say that I like this kind of game design.
This appears to not be linked to the regret statues but to the actual Codex entry you can pick up on the balcony. If you were there already and grabbed the Codex entry (The Randy Dowager Quarterly: Vol. 2) but not the chest, then the doorway will disappear. The doorway needs to be tied to BOTH items, not just one.
