Mirror of Transformation Heads Bug

Hi, here to report a bug.

When going into the Mirror of Transformation, the heads shown for my Rook are the default ones, though Rook looks the same. It does not change his look, but it doesn't show the heads I had selected for him, nor the slider's position for them either. As in, what the Mirror of Transformation shows as heads is not the same as what I chose in character creator. Even if Rook's face is the same.

I don't know what else is showing up wrong while not changing Rook's look.

This is on PC.
