Mortalitasi does not work for Mind Blast.

Supposedly, the Mortalitasi perk under the Death Caller specialization allows you to use health instead of mana for Ability-like actions, or at least anything that isn't an ability that costs mana. For example, the "ranged" attack for mages/beam. Works fine for that, doesn't for Mind Blast. There's not even a threshold for <50 mana that can activate it, it just doesn't.
