My character swapped class’s somehow??

At some point, did you create a second character who is a mage, or did someone else play on your account who create a mage?
If that is the case this might be fixable by deleting the mage inside your account and re-upload your date after that.
Then you need to load a physical save. (not an autosave and make a backup of your physical save before you do anything else.)
It might also be necessary to reinstall the game.
