My game keeps crashing

I attached the error message screenshot and a screenshot of my dxdiag results if that helps. IT's happened atleast 10 times in 30 hours and it's testament to how much i adore this game that it hasn't really blemished my thoughts on the game so far, but it is annoying, so any help would be very welcome. Thank you

Yeah i did, but when i booted the game it said it wouldn't run on that driver version so i updated it, but the game would still crash.

Someone on reddit suggested i rollback my driver to around the time of Veilguard's launch period and so i did that, the game stopped crashing, but instead, after about 5-10 minutes of playtime would stutter at an unplayable rate. I saw some online suggestions for settings changes so i followed that, i set my game to play in windowed mode and capped my fps at 30 and the game seems to be working now.

i had a 20 minute play session before it crashed but then I had a 45 minute play session this morning before work without issue, so here's to hoping i can get to the end of the game like this.

Thank you for your help. the DDU uninstaller info was invaluable.

Additional, your DxDiag from yesterday shows that the NVIDIA driver I linked to is not the driver that is installed at you Laptop.
This might be because Windows update installed a newer version.

You installed the driver from the Lenovo page?

You made sure that the page I linked to was the right page for your laptop?

Did you install the driver in the suggested order?

You restarted the laptop after the intel driver installation and after the NVIDIA driver installation?

    Please repair the game.

(EA app: Game Library > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

Hey, so i followed the instructions, deleted and reinstalled both drivers, booted up the game again and now i am only able to play the game for sub 10 minutes before it crashes, i tried 3 times. Before i could sometimes play for a couple of hours before it crashed.

Attached is the error I'm getting now and a new Dxdiag run.

There are many VIDEO_ENGINE_TIMEOUT_DETECTED errors in your DxDiag.
This means that the graphic engine did not reacted in a timely fashion and was reseted by the OS to prevent a system crash.

This might be a driver, OS, or hardware issue.

This should be the Lenovo support page for your Laptop. (Please check that this is the exact model.)
Download both, the Intel and the NVIDIA graphic drivers.

    1. Follow this manual to the letter to completely uninstall the NVIDIA graphics driver.
IMPORTANT: if you use a Pin to log into Windows 11 don't use DDU in safe mode!
Use it in your normal Windows session.
    2. After restarting, follow the manual again to completely uninstall the Intel graphics driver.
    3. Install the Intel graphics driver you downloaded from Lenovo.
    4. Restart the PC.
    5. Install the new NVIDIA graphics driver you downloaded from Lenovo.
    6. Restart the PC > Go online.
    7. Test the game.

Please add a full DxDiag in Text form to your next reply:
There is no personal info in it expect for the “Machine name” in the second row.
(You might delete the “Machine name” and “Machine Id” line if you wish too.)

How to create a DxDiag in text form:

    1. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    2. Copy and past or type "DxDiag" in the new field. (Without the quotes) > ENTER
    3. Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
    4. Save the file to your desktop.
    5. Here at EA Forum > Click Replay > Click the paper clip icon at the bottom of the replay Window.
    6. Navigate to the "DxDiag.txt" on your desktop > select the "DxDiag.txt" > click on "Open".
    7. Reply.
