PC System Crash when using "Travel to Quest" at Eluvian

Hi there. I got a full system freeze and crash on my PC when I put Bellara and Davrin in my party and tried to "Travel to Quest" at the Eluvian in the Lighthouse. I was going to Arlathan Forrest for their early personal quests and backstory. I was able to travel to Arlathan using the normal option, just couldn't use the Travel to Quest action. It would freeze every time. Tried 3 times. Not sure if it was party composition or just that act. I'm attaching my DxDiag below
