Power Crystal in Crossroads near Eluvian to Arlathan

Question

I recently ran into a bug with the power crystal near the Arlatan eluvian (can´t be picked up). According to the discussions I read, I progressed further in the story after the mission The Siege of Weisshaup, where the so-called reset the map should happen, but the crystal still can't be picked up.
Any advice or do I have to reset from certain save.

4051887 With this, I know it's been called a couple of times. These really are the most effective. Ive seen it on Reddit as well as other forums.

Reload an Earlier Save: Sometimes, reloading a save from before you encountered the bug can help reset the game state and fix the issue.
Progress Further in the Story: If you haven't already, try progressing further in the story to see if the bug resolves itself. Some players have reported that advancing past certain quests can fix map-related bugs.

One of the things you can do is save as a new save, load that, do some fast travels, a few battles, and then go back.
Others have said that reloading manual saves or previous autosaves before you go to that area helps.

I keep track of all the times I save. That way, if I mess up or a bug happens, I can reload to a certain time, like 5 minutes before I save.
