Pre Order Content (Missing Blood Dragon Armor)

Pre ordered the game on 09/22 of this year and have yet to see any of the BD Armor cosmetic set; but have received the Deluxe Edition armor for rook and their companions.  

I also am an EA Pro member and was told that it was included if that was the case also? Was wondering what i would have to do to fix this or what information they’d need because I didn’t purchase a physical copy i purchased it on the PS Store.
