Preorder and Deluxe armor missing on Series X
On any Rook after the first, the deluxe and pre-order armors are now locked. N7 pulls fine. I made and subsequently deleted 3 different characters but it happens on every load.

I am having this exact same issue! My first playthrough had the armor no problem at all. The second playthrough I didn’t get it. I have the N7 armor from the chest at the Caretaker’s station at the Lighthouse. I got the wardrobe in my room, still no armor. I play on the XBox S.
There was an update on my Xbox today and the issue has been corrected. Fingers crossed for you!
