Preorder bonus armor missing

IIRC the pre-order bonus armour is found in the tower upon your first entry into the fade in a chest in the room where you wake up next to Varric.

Yea I looked it up online to see if I was missing something, but the chest just wasn’t there. I even went back to a prior save and it still didn’t show up. 

I have the same issue. Did you preorder with GeForce Now? Because I did and I wonder if it was their code which had the issue

I pre ordered on the EA app and also have this issue. There is no chest with the deluxe or pre order items. 

Iv done this didn't like my character so I changed mine and on my second account I couldn't find any off my pre order stuff any idea why? Pre ordered for the armor deadass

A small caveat is, that when you first get to the lighthouse, the chest will be in the room you wake up in. After (once you unlock Rooks room), the chest will be there if you did not open it.

Also, certain items, like the helmets, won't show up until you have acquired your first helmet. This is because all pre-order and deluxe items are transmog outfits so they need something to be applied over. 

Hi, I have the same issue and I’ve played for a few hours now. There is no chest in my Rooks room of in hospital leg. I bought CD version for PS5, but I didn’t receive any code - is this the issue?

Yeah it all showed up on the first character either it's buged out on my second game or its a one time use on ome account idk.
