Preorder bonus armor missing

At least we know it's happening on both consoles as well.

Any update to this? I'm finding it hard to continue playing knowing I'm missing out on the DLC outfits.. 

My game crashed yesterday when I fast traveled back to the Lighthouse.  When I loaded back up all the cosmetics showed up.

I did like someone else on here said to do and it worked. I made a manual save. Then quit the game completely to the dashboard (Xbox) Then for good measure I did a hard reset to my system. As soon as I loaded back in the chest was right there next to Varric, with all my DLC stuff.

I just created a 2nd character to check the room for the chest as I've played past the 1st entry to the fade already on my 1st toon. There is no chest and as I pre-ordered, there's supposed to be one next to Varric's bed, if I'm not mistaken. I pre-ordered from Origin as I do not like steam, it bogs down my pc. Do they show up later when we return to the fade? I was under the impression it was the 1st visit.

Neither my 1st nor 2nd Rook had the chest with the DLC items

I Pre Ordered a physical standard edition for the PS5 from Amazon UK and didn’t receive a code either in the case or by email or even on the receipt. I have made multiple characters and took them through the prologue and I still don’t have the Pre Order Bonus. I also upgraded to deluxe via PS Store and the deluxe bonuses have shown up on all my characters.

Having the same problem on both my characters. The chest doesn't show up at all. Pre-ordered it for my Xbox Series S digitally. Any idea when it's going to be fixed?

Same problem, no chest even on my first character.

I play with EA play pro and EA launcher.

Nothing has worked for me. I pre ordered months ago and play on PC through the EA app.

• Reinstalled
• Repaired
• Manual Save
• Resetting Internet
• New Save

This DLC chest did randomly appear for me once when I loaded a save up, however when I opened it I did not receive anything. I created a new save after opening it just so I have two points of reference to check. After a few hours I reloaded that first save again and the chest was gone. I checked the save after I opened the chest and it also disappeared. This is a very strange bug and I'm really wondering how this even got past QA. We paid for this content and paid months earlier in some instances and we can't even get a hot fix or something.

This issue really needs to be taken more seriously. This is people paying for something and not getting what they paid for.
