Preorder bonus armor missing

For those of you who are on PC,

1. Can you please DM me with a copy of your save folder under "My Documents". This could help us find what is going on.
2. Could you also tell us where you purchased the game, if it's digital or with a code redeemed?
3. Additionally, can you share your Dx Diag and attach it here?

This is happening to quite a few of us. I’m in another forum with this issue as well. The chest with my dlc items appeared for my first character. I wasn’t happy with it, made a second one and get to the infirmary and the chest just isn’t there. I’m playing on the Series X. I’ve tried reloading earlier saves and still nothing.

Missing/invalid DLC code issues aside (for people who purchased the game on disc), for everyone else, is this just for a second Rook (i.e., players who have gone through character creation more than once), or are some people encountering this issue for their first Rook as well?

Well it's definitely bugged. It never spawned for me, then randomly I loaded the game up and I got a message of the DLC and the chest appeared. However there was no DLC inside the chest and the wardrobe still showed everything locked. When I loaded again after a few hours the chest disappeared. This is so strange, I've never seen a game actually have a bug like this where the DLC you PURCHASED is actually not even given to you. 😂

Yes, my first character didn't receive the DLC at all. I created another one to see if it would show up and still didn't/. Then it randomly appeared for my first character but the DLC was still locked in the wardrobe. Now the chest has disappeared again. I'm using the EA App so I would suggest you use Steam since I think it works there. Weird how EA's own app is bugged out with the DLC when Steam doesn't seem to have this issue lmao. 

Here is mine. How do I send you the save file? It says the .csav file is not allowed when I try and copy and paste it in the message box.

I did open the chest when I first woke up in the Lighthouse, but now that I've unlocked the wardrobe, none of the pre-order or deluxe edition transmog outfits are there.  I thought maybe I had to progress further in the story, but I just completed my first (well second) companion acquisition (Lucanis) and made it back to the light house and none of my characters (my character or any companion) has any  of the pre-order transmogs available in the wardrobe.

I'm on Xbox Series X

I don’t  have steam or the EA app. I bought my deluxe digital version right off the Xbox marketplace.

EA_HuxI know what the chest looks like. My first character it was right in the infirmary, after waking and talking to Varric. I made a new character and when I got to that same spot it’s just missing completely.
