Preorder bonus armor missing
Preordered a physical copy of the game. Been playing through the story, and there is still no bonus armor showing in my inventory. Anyone else dealing with this glitch?

11/04- I bought the Deluxe edition in EA app and also am missing the bonus content.
11/07- Just now, while playing and before downloading the patch I got a message that I have new items in wardrobe and pop ups for each item appeared.
11/18- I created my third Rook and the chest did not show again. I did get chest with N7 stuff and that appearance I have with no problem. But bonus stuff is missing again. I hope I get it later, I will check after which quest I got it.
Naeramarth- You may be able to shed the most light on this on PC, since you've encountered this before, then you later received the items, and now you are encountering it again on another playthrough. Out of curiosity, when you received the items before, was it after Part 8 (after The Siege of Weisshaupt)?

@EA/BioWare- I've preordered a few games with preorder bonus incentives, and I have never been irritated if that same content is later made available to people who didn't preorder, either as a purchasable DLC, as part of an anniversary update, etc. I think most gamers who preorder are equally unbothered by preorder incentives being made available at a later date to the general public (I also prefer this from a game preservation point of view). If it finally resolves the issue for people who preordered but can't access the preorder content, please update the game to remove the need for preorder entitlements from the standard and deluxe editions (so that the preorder content is freely available to all).
Are some deluxe edition owners still having issues accessing the deluxe content too? If so, remove the need for deluxe edition entitlements (so that the deluxe content is freely available to all), refund the difference in price between the standard and deluxe edition to anyone who purchased the deluxe edition (like Creative Assembly did with Total War: PHARAOH), and stop selling a deluxe edition (again, like Creative Assembly did with Total War: PHARAOH). BTW, thank you for not including DRM and not tethering Dragon Age: The Veilguard to a specific launcher; I hope this reflects a permanent shift in how EA-published games are released.

They honestly should add bonus items to the chest as well, as clearly the original system does not work.
How far along in the game are you?
I have spoken to 4 different EA support agents and every one of them can not fix this issue and they have no idea why this is happening. This tells me it has to be something on Biowares end and it needs to be fixed in a patch somehow.
So we can rule out EA I think.
Same issue here. Pre-ordered deluxe edition through Xbox on Aug 16. Received chest/cosmetics chest with my first character.
Just created 2nd character on 11/13 for new playthrough (completed game with first character), and no chest or cosmetics showing for second character.
However, did get the N7 chest in the lighthouse when I got there.

Yes exactly. And saying I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. The Blood Dragon armor is what made me pre order, it's such a staple to the franchise. At this point they should just release the pre order and deluxe items for free as they did with the N7 DLC. Just patch this DLC into the game at this point since it doesn't look like they know why this bug is happening and so many of us are not able to use it as is.
I am disappointed to hear your feedback regarding this patch. I hoped it would fix the missing DLC items (deluxe and pre-order).
For me personally, as a fan of the Dragon Age series, I have liked owning the Blood Dragon Armor and dressing my MC up in said armour, so you can imagine my frustration and feeling that I have lost part of the specific immersion and emotional connection I have with a Dragon Age Game is the Blood Dragon Armor is missing or otherwise unavailable.
If I had known this DLC bug had been an issue with the game on launch, I could have saved myself money, waited 1-2 years, and bought the game at a lower price. The technical lesson for EA and Bioware is that if DLC is bundled with the game on launch day, please ensure you know it is working before the game is released and goes live.
I just tried the new patch and this issue STILL has not been fixed. I'm actually really disappointed that I still cannot play with the DLC I have actually purchased.. I'm losing hope this will not be fixed soon if at all. Is there to a way to get a refund for the deluxe DLC? It feels like EA has literally just stolen my money and made me pre order the game thinking I will be able to play with this DLC but it didn't work. Feels like a scam to me at this point. How is this issue not higher priority? We have spent MONEY and not received what we have purchased this should not be legal.

You do know you don't have to turn off the Quick Resume to completely close out of the game. Once you are on the Xbox Home Screen, Just highlight the game, then hit the menu button on the Xbox and it will give you a list of what you want to do. Go to the option of quit game and the game will fully quit without having to turn off quick resume. That is what I do.
i buyed the geforce now bundle and i havnt the armour. Is it known if the geforce now pack causes any problems when unlocking the pack?. Register the game several days before launch.
I've been waiting 2 weeks now I think and still nothing. I really with they made this more of a priority.......
