Preorder bonus armor missing

What a spit, slap, kick in the face those dev omg ! Already at I never ever got my pre order bonus cause "cd don't have it other than some market" THE GAME WILL BE FREE FOR PS + NEXT MONTH. OMG THATS LIKE THE BIGGEST GARBAGE THINK EVER AND US THAT BOUGHT FULL PRICE WE HAVE WHAT ? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. A **bleep** GAME AND THATS IT 

 I'm done with ea/bioware. They could do a new mass effect idc thats just disgusting behavior

Aurali_slp  What about the deluxe edition weapon appearances (such as Sword & Aegis of the Fallen Kingdom in screenshot 2)? Are those showing up when you open the chest, or later? Re: Naeramarth's most recent post below- Preorder bonus armor missing | EA Forums - 5003735.

Notes:

1. It is not working for an existing character that is quite far into the main story

2. has worked for two new characters created, the " bonus content message" and the chest spawned on the first visit to the lighthouse 

3. importing a character's appearance in character creator causes the game to crash, the suspect reason for "bullet point one" above is that the playthrough is based on an imported character "before this issue got fixed" 

So I've started my third play through, mage this time. I received a pop up saying I've new items in wardrobe after the smuggled relic case. I have the armour appearances, however both weapons are missing, they're not even showing as locked. That's new.

Edit: I got both mage weapons after I've saved Lucanis from Ossuary and left the lighthouse once and came back.

I posted here previously but I have an update:

I recently noticed that my bonus items DLC show as installed. Even though I have since uninstalled the game even using REVOUninstaller to get all the registry issues. Does anyone know where the DLC install at that it is showing already installed? if I can find the location I can remove the files.

Having this issue on Xbox now. Hope they patch it soon 🙄

Previously I got the items after I recruited Emmrich and Taash. It was 35 hrs in.

Today I got the items on current playthrough 11 hrs in, after I did the introductory quest to Dock Town and recruited Lucanis.

I honestly don't know what's the issue here.

I wouldn't mind if they released them for free as well, I just want to play with those items. Do you think it's possible for someone to make a mod that unlocks them? I'm assuming these items are hidden in the base game so it might be easier to make a mod which unlocks them for free.
