Preorder bonus armor missing

This happened to me but on my second account 

My first play through I got all my bonuses content once I woke up. But I started a new game and none off my stuff is any where to be seen any ideas really ruined my experience off my second play through 

Same issue for me.

Preordered a physical copy (xbox series x),  and i'm about 5 hours in the game. But i never got the chest. A fix for this problem would be nice.

Mine is missing as well

I'm having the same issue. On my first character the chest was right there. On my third character it's mysteriously missing.

Same here with my pre-order. The chest is supposed to be in the infirmary... but nothing. Quite sad. 

Yes same, no pre order or deluxe items on the EA App PC. 

I also pre-ordered the deluxe from Xbox Market. There is no chest in the infirmary and the items are not available in the wardrobe. I have tried with 3 separate characters.

Same case here with the physical copy. I'm trying to redeem the code in the EA account web section and it tells me that the code isn't valid.

EDIT: the code I received by email has 12 characters while the "example" code before typing shows 16, I wonder if there's an issue there.

EDIT 2: fixed it for me. I'm on PS5 and it needs to be redeemed via the PS store, account section. Seems simple now, but I'd say this issue would significantly benefit from more clarity as to how to proceed.
