[PS5] Crashing during cutscenes

Community ManagerThis does this in the very first cut-scene of the game after creating a character?
Did you create different characters or the same choice? Does it happen when you create an Elf and a Dwarf for example?
Hi, yes, the cutscenes are freezing in both my 50 hour playthrough (human) and during the first cutscene of any new playthrough that I’ve tried (tried an Elf and Qunari).
