[PS5] Crashing during cutscenes
I'm about 50 hours into the game, on the Isle of the Gods quest, and the game has started crashing during the cutscenes. It gets about 10-20seconds into cutscenes and then it just freezes. I've tried...

Hi, thank you for getting back with some things to test. I’ve tried all you suggested, new save file and reload, swapping HDMI, altering to Fidelity and graphic settings, and same result, it freezes after a few seconds into a cutscene.

Community ManagerCan you upload your saves to the PS cloud and turn the cloud off but only have a couple of saves in your game? It kind of sounds like the problem is related to the save, the number of saves, or corrupted data. I've done two playthroughs on the PS, and I can't get that cutscene to skip in any way.
Also, I am curious if you are on Wi-Fi and can swap to an HDMI or a different Wi-Fi. Got to rule everything out.
Hi, thank you for further advice. OK so I've now tried the following:
Uploaded 50 hour playthrough to the cloud. Deleted all saves from console, deleted game, deleted cache, rebuilt databases. Swapped to a different HDMI, and then reinstalled the game and updates, and started a new game (with wi-fi turned off). 1st attempt it froze on first cutscene after the character creator. 2nd attempt it froze in the character creator. 3rd attempt got through everything fine, and then it froze in gameplay in the first fight with the demons.
Bit frustrating as it was working so smoothly for so long and not sure what's causing the freezes/crashes. It feels unplayable now so think I'll end my experience here and move onto other games. Thanks for your help and patience with different tests, it was worth a shot 😊
