Re-keybinding WASD to arrow keys does not work

I really hope this is a mistake/oversight, but I have made multiple attempts to re-keybind the movement keys (WASD) to the arrow keys, to no avail. I've been able to do this in all prior games for Dr...

Hey y'all, if anyone is still having issues with this and wants to use the arrow keys, someone kindly found a way around it in this thread; their user is Necroyeti, though I'd advise making a copy of the file just in case.
