Rituals of the Risen quest not appeared

Question

HelloI have just noticed after comparing completed Shadow Dragon quests that the Rituals of the Risen quest did not appear for me.No quest marker appeared and if I now go to the message board where the quest is collected you can not interact with it. This will also lock me out of the Last Rites quest and completing the The Soul of a City achievement/trophy.&nbsp;

Just to add to this as a result of Last Rites not appearing I can also not complete The Tempered Soul Everlasting as all three quests are connected
