First time posting here so I hope I'm doing it right. Anyhow, my character is currently in a relationship with Emmrich and while he did call her "darling" a couple of times during combat, now he keeps calling her "rook". Is this a bug or are the lines supposed to trigger on rotation and I've just been unlucky never getting the more romantic ones?
(I'm playing on PC, got the game from Steam)
I am also having this issue on my third playthrough, 2nd time romancing Emmrich. First time I had no problem, got all the terms of endearment. This time he only calls me Rook - I even took him to the Hall of Valor just to see if it would happen at any point in 10 rounds, and nothing.
I'm playing on Xbox Series S. I even tried deleting my previous game where I romanced him just to see what would happen, and nothing.
I am on PS5 and the same thing. Emmrich only used petnames when the second companion was about to use the romance banter about Rook and him. Now he's not using them anymore. Most of the time he doesn't speak at all during battle. Or just "understood or good job Rook"!
I have the same problem on PS5. Why is nobody doing anything about this??!! I need that get fixed. After the locking the romance it's fine for a bit, then when all the companions comments on the romance it suddenly stops.
I have the same issue. Please someone fix this. No romantic banter from Emmerich during fights anymore.
