Severe Input lag xbox cotroller and more.....

Apart from the game having a 0.5sec input lag on my controller there are more issues that make the game unplayable for me. Every time i try a gaming session the game randomly disables my controller without turning it off and then locks a specific input command (example right analog stick moving in circles). That bug persists even if i close the game and then i need to unplug and plug my wireless adaptor in order for things to return in normal . IF i decide to play without a controller then Dragon Age disables my headphones and mutes all sound incoming, when i close the game sound returns to normal without the need of me unplugging and plugging my headphones back on. Those issues make the game literally unplayable for me since i need to restart the game every 5mins . It is impossible to play without sound or without having a way to input commands.... I played several games just days before installing the Veilguard such as Silent Hill 2 and Ys X without encountering any problems with my current set up (controller, headphones) so i know my hardware is not at fault. I don't know what kind of bug messes up with my drivers so much and i got no idea how to fix it. I have already updated everything including doing all mandatory windows updates and graphics card update. Game doesn't stutter or run poorly and has a solid 100-120 fps on High-Ultra settings but due to the controller/headphones bug's the game is still unplayable... I am at my wit's end any help is appreciated...
