Today's patch didn't fix "The Labs Below mission won't start" error

I made a bug report several weeks ago and was excited to see that my issue was mentioned in the patch note.  Unfortunately I loaded up my save ....... and it's still bugged. 😔 

I really expect this to be fixed, this better not be the last patch.  I consider this game breaking
