Trophy not unlocking

I have 100% completed the game and the ONLY trophy I am missing is part 7.... which is a story trophy and shouldn't be missable.  I have replayed that chapter a few times.  I've tried deleting local saves and re-downloading the cloud data.  Nothing is working.  I'm really upset that my platinum is complete but I can't get it because the game is bugged. 

I've overlooked a lot of janky stuff and still enjoyed the game but this is ruining it for me.

    I never got my achievement for the part 1 of the story (yet 2-10 are unlocked... lol)

    I beat the game twice now and the first time around a lot of trophies did not unlock. The majority of them unlocked the 2nd playthrough but now I am missing “Part 11: As Shadow’s Fall” which is the only one I need to platinum. Reached out to EA Support, they said to go to PS Support, went to PS Support, they said to go to EA Support. What a headache.
