Once you've had a moment to download it, can you confirm if this is still happening?
Still happening with patch 3, unfortunately.
I realise it's been a while since this was asked, apologies, but I started a new playthrough just before patch 3 and though still fairly early in the game so haven't had access to multiple ult options for long, I haven't had it swap or reset so far. And I've obviously been adding and adjusting skills etc. Everything that seemed to trigger it before for me personally, hasn't so far.
I get it to trigger by looking at the skill tree for myself or anyone else. I haven't downloaded that patch yet, though.
