VRR not working with Frame-Generation

Hi!

It seems that VRR turns off using frame generation, I tried forcing V-sync through control panel locking at 60 because maybe the problem could have been with frames going over monitor refresh rate, but it wasn't the case.

Frametime is not stable even locked at 60 (without I could go up to 100+ fps), it seems that VRR stops working enabling frame-gen.
