White screen and freezing at character creator.

I have tried every fix I could find redownloading and installing, clearing shader caches, updating EVERYTHING and still this happens at launch, then the game crashes and PC freezing. When you pre-ord...

Still no fix? I gave up on my steam version and bought it for PS5. They won't give me a refund even though the game won't play past character creator.
