Xbox Can't progress - ground missing, excessive loading

Totally still an issue for me. I've tried reloading saves ( most recent and older) leaving and returning.. no matter what I do, the road in Minrathous still won't load. There are NPC's walking on it, but when I try to- I fall through the sky. Then the game freezes. Any other fixes anyone can think of? ( Playing on Xbox Series S, I have like 3T of free room for saves)
