    abc1404795974 Have you reloaded your saves and do some fast traveling to see if that resolved it? Are you also playing on the Xbox?

      I did reload saves, and tried fast travelling, but the problem kept persisting every time I tried to start the quest.

      Then, randomly, the issue just seemed to resolve itself.
