If I could give you a rating it would be a 1

I've run into the problem that my PSN account is linked to an EA account that I can't get access to, I haven't signed into it or the email associated with it in 10+ years, and since I can't remember all the details used to sign up I'm just out of luck! So thanks for that, really sucks man, and your ai support is terrible.

    I'd recommend taking a look at this help article for info on how to update account info

    You can use the info there to open a case with our live support team, they can offer assistance that we cannot.

    If the bot is being difficult to navigate, try being as clear and concise with it as possible.

    Already spoke to them, as stated, since I can't remember details on the account due to moving several times, and things of that nature, I cannot access anything on it.

    Yeah the dataset for that chat bot is broken. Trying to get a ticket logged and takes you in a loop as it cannot access a list of game names which then moves it to another question. Which also does not have a list of resources. Pretty poor to be honest.

    If you have spoken with our live support team 49ec64cc1a97469a​ and they have advised that they are not able to assist you with gaining access to the account, then there would be nothing that we on the forums can do to help change this.

    The best thing I can recommend is to gather as much additional info as possible and speak with the team again.

    Oh dude, trying to talk to the bot to fix the issue was a joke, I did find out they don't support older games on ps4 though.
