Not giving me my two-step verification code

I looked at my email multiple times. I went into spam, junk, updates, and promotions. I even looked up your email, but I can never find the code. It also doesn't let me gift legends on Apexx because I'm apparently not logged in on my Xbox, even though my Xbox account is linked to EA.
