One of the worst desktop applications I've ever seen

As a software developer, I don't remember the last time I've seen such a horrendous application. 

The amount of bugs I get weekly is absolutely mind blowing. I encounter new ones every week. On average, I have to restart the app at least 2-3 times before it successfully launches a game. Some days I'll try 10+ times and waste over an hour of my time to end up not even being able to play a single game.

What's crazy is that it's been like this for over a year now, and not only has it not improved, it's actually gotten worse. 

I'm not usually the type to leave reviews, but I really had to take the time to leave this one.

Seriously, what the hell is the dev team doing?
